This probably also means that their staff are working to their optimum and more staff are necessary to cope with the increase in workload. This may be in the distribution department, administration staff to deal with the online orders, extra supervisors to work with the increased staffing capacity, a larger buying department, if the goods are bought-in, and many other roles.

Employment in many different areas and trades, therefore, will become vacant all on the back of effective online marketing and search engine optimization.

At a time of uncertainty in the global marketplace, therefore, search engine optimization could be a key factor in turning around the unemployment figures and putting the country back on its feet financially.
